We send out all orders by 1st Class
Royal Mail within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We use a system that calculates the postage
according to weight so as to charge more accurately.
We have given postage prices below as a guide. However,
if you buy a selection of products then the postage
is reduced. The correct postage will be calculated
when you get to the check out.
For UK orders that reach our maximum
of £6 postal cost, we send via a courier.
For UK orders, if your order has not
arrived within one week, then please contact
us.
For International orders, if your order has not arrived
within two weeks, then please contact us.
There are two payment methods:
• Paypal - through the website, there is no
need to sign up to Paypal in order to pay with a
card.
• Cheque - see alternative

RETURNS POLICY
You have the right to return any item to us if you
are not fully satisfied.
All returns, other than damaged,
warranty or shipments by our error, will be subject
to a 15% administration fee. All returns shall be less
administration fee and original shipping charges. Customer
must pay return shipping.
Refused shipments or bad address returns shall incur
the shipping fees.
If we are given the incorrect address and we do
not receive the item back then we do not give a refund
or replacement.
All returns must be back
to us within 15 business days from the date of shipment
and must be in original packing and in unused condition.
